Super-sturdy, massive back porch, fully wheelchair-accessible, with extra-wide ramps. Just go and look at it, and the massive rocks that support it. * We rescued dogs. Three super-massive luxury dog-kennels installed in the backyard c. 2017 with all the bells and whistles, that cost 18k for just the material, shipped from CO!... Babies have access to their own climate controlled "room.". Each kennel has a septic system, an automatic feeder, and a dog house. Each dog house has an automatic temperature-controlled AC, and an automatic temperature-controlled heater. Outside, there is a temperature-controlled fan. Place water near it, and it becomes a marvellous water-cooling facility that dogs love. Each kennel has shaded and grassy areas. Once your baby goes in/out of the kennel, a flap closes in, keeping the climate-controlled kennel insulated.. Your baby has complete freedom to go in/out as they please, in the grassy area, in the shady area, in the "room", to the septic tank, etc. Your baby will naturally do their business in the grassy area, and once a day, you can use the poop-picker contraption to drop it in the septic tank. * Away from the road and traffic in a wonderful neighborhood. * Nonetheless, top-of-the-line security system, all accessible from the front panel and/or app. Six cameras. App, all remotely controlable. Remote-access video doorbell. Remotely lockable front, back, side locks. Numerous door-sliding detectors. Numerous glass-break detectors. Numerous window-function detectors. Household safety CO/smoke detectors, etc. Motion detectors. All linked to the panel. "Away/at home" security features on the panel. Optional remote monitoring service. * Top-of-the-line ecobee3 central AC thermostat, can control particular rooms using remote ecobee sensor. Phone app. * The best, new automatic dishwasher kitchenaid I could find c. 2016(?). Has all kinds of bells and whistles.
