All pets must be registered with the leasing office, and animal violations can result in a $100 initial charge and $10 per day until the animal is added to the lease or removed from the apartment. The pool is open from 9 AM to 10 PM daily, with guests limited to two per home and residents must accompany those guests. No person under the influence of alcohol is permitted in the pool area, and glass is not allowed, only plastic. Seven reserves the right to restrict pool privileges and issue lease violations to anyone not in compliance with these regulations.
