All guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hour late fee). The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
