Washer/dryer in unit. Large separate storage unit in back of complex for bikes, surfboards, etc. Six units in complex. Brand new roof for entire complex completed in 2022. Short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, pier, OB Elementary, dog beach, and everything else OB has to offer! There is nothing like this available in OB, come and see for yourself! Building is 100% owner occupied. I have heard a previous HOA president state that there is a minimum one month lease for rentals in the property. However, I am not aware of that in writing anywhere including the two documents I have: bylaws and articles of incorporation. It is unclear whether short term rentals are allowed. Since I bought the property in 2016 I am not aware of any short term rentals in the building, and I believe the other unit owners would not be excited about short term rentals in the building.
