The plywood that you see there is covering a portion of culvert that the city dug out and will be repairing. Square Footage per public record, I have never measured it. There are two APN's and two lots. House is on .43 acre lot and vacant .62 acre lot next door which should be buildable (talk to city). There is a spring or water source that daylights on the property at the northwest corner of the driveway. Someone could clear the brush in that area to create a pond or water feature if they wanted.
