Air conditioning unit housing was dented from a tree, but the unit still works perfectly. Furnace new in 2023. Water heater was replaced around 2014. Refrigerator is just a few years old and is hooked up to the water supply, but is turned off at the moment. The stove is also newer. The dryer is gas and is a newer model.
