The kitchen consists of all new appliances including a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric cooktop and a deep stainless steel sink with sprayer and garbage disposal. The counter top and backsplash is a beautiful granite, and the new cabinets will provide you with ample storage. Your bathroom comes with a tiled corner shower unit with a glass surround. The vanity is marble with brushed nickel faucets. Your space is yours alone! It is an attached space, but completely independent. You'll have no other tenants above you or on either side. The studio is clean and quiet, and has everything you need to feel secure and very comfortable.
Monthly rent is $1,650 plus an additional $150 to cover all utilities, and high speed internet. Your move in will be first and last month's rent plus a $500 deposit/cleaning fee, a Total of $4,100 on move in day. I like to look at the first month as a trial for both of us. If it's not a good fit, you will have the opportunity to move on with no complications. If it is a good fit for both of us, I will ask you to sign a month to month lease.
