There is a small outdoor patio for exclusive use of the tenant, and it is located on a quiet tree-lined street.
Because this is an in-law apartment above the main home, we are looking for someone who's quiet, respectful, and appreciates friendly interactions on the property, and the strong community of neighbors on our block and neighborhood.
