The keys in the Supra Box fit the Condo front door, walk in door for the two-car garage and the garage across the courtyard for your garbage can. There are two remote garage door openers. The condo is ready for a NEW OWNER!!!!! There are No Pets allowed in any of the Condos. The ice maker and water dispenser on refrigerator does not work. Estimated cost to fix is around $400. The light fixture in the dining area just off the kitchen needs a new light bulb receptacle installed.
