The pool heating is available for a fee of $15 per day with a 3-night minimum, and requests must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. Full payment is required prior to activation, and the pool is heated to 82-86°F. Pool heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

No unregistered guests, parties, or events are allowed. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is permitted inside the property at any time. Smoking outside the home and pool area is permitted, but all butts must be extinguished properly and discarded in trash bins. Any smoking trash left out will be fined. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Check-in and check-out on time, with alternate times available for a fee. The pool area is locked with a key stored out of reach of children, and pool rules must be followed for safety.
