-Living room: As you enter the main living area, you'll appreciate the high ceilings and great views of the pool area from the front door. The main living area is bright, open and airy with fresh decor and a lively Santa Fe vibe accented throughout the house. The Saltillo tiles (terra cotta) are warm and inviting--they're cool in the summer and naturally warm in the winter. Enjoy the huge 55" 4k TV with X-box, Netflix and a huge movie supply for every age & taste. Cozy up to the blazing fireplace on cooler nights with a glass of wine and a great book (we've supplied shelves of them) or the latest magazines (also supplied). The atmosphere is as comfy as our sofas.

-Kitchen: Even if cooking isn't your thing, we promise you'll love the open floor plan kitchen. With a Southwestern flair and a well-stocked supply of essentials, you'll find it hard not to try out a few recipes (cook books supplied)! Natural light floods the kitchen space in the morning. Enjoy your coffee as you listen to the birds sing in the desert landscaping just outside the windows. We provide pots, pans, dishes, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and much more. All new stainless appliances, fully filtered water, a pro stove and little extras like fondue set and popcorn maker.

-Dining: If the kitchen is the heart of the home, our dining room gives it its beat. The oversized table is perfect for entertaining, a night of board games or a relaxed candlelit meal. The table easily seats 8 or more. For a quick morning meal, hop on the kitchen stools.

-Outdoors: Inviting, luxurious and fun for the whole family. High walls surround our oasis in the desert and a corner lot offers increased privacy. The heated pool and spa (hot tub) are fabulous for a soak in the day or a full body massage in the evening. Hot tub heating is free and pool heating is $50/day. Control the spa directly in the pool! Let the family enjoy the pool while you relax in the loungers. Did we mention the waterfall? Enjoy the warm spa water flow over your head as you enjoy the serene mountain views. The bar area offers stool seating with a shady umbrella, a giant infrared BBQ (cooks your meats like magic) and a built-in bar fridge.

-Master Bed: Get the best sleep with memory foam mattress toppers and your choice of memory foam pillows and/or organic cotton pillows. Closets have extra pillows and blankets for your convenience as well as luggage racks. Slide under the softest and brightest white sheets on the King sized bed. This bedroom offers a private entrance to the backyard through a sliding patio door, a large closet with hangers provided, a huge TV and alarm clock with easy smartphone chargers.

-Master ensuite: This serene bathroom has the added bonus of a skylight that fills the bathroom with natural light. The door between the sink and toilet area is a nice extra. Granite counter tops keep this bathroom looking sleek while maintaining the rustic Southwest charm. We provide hand soap, all towels, tooth brush holder, quality shampoo & conditioner, body wash, make-up remover wipes, shower caps, hair dryer, hair straightener and hair curler--for every style you desire! Save your eyes with the magnifying mirror for make up application and more.

-Guest Bed 1 & 2: Bed 1 & 2 (King & Queen) provide your comfiest sleep with memory foam mattress toppers and your choice of memory foam pillows and/or organic cotton pillows. Closets have extra pillows and blankets for your convenience. Both rooms are freshly carpeted and have large closets filled with books & games. Hangers are provided as are luggage racks.

-Guest bathroom: Clean, modern and bright, this bathroom comes fully equipped with hand soap, towels, tooth brush holder, quality shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer and body wash. The newly installed granite countertop is fresh and inviting and the vanity provides plenty of storage for all your essentials.

-Laundry: Just as you exit through the garage, you'll find the laundry room with washer/dryer (detergent provided) for your washing convenience. Don't go home with dirty clothing! Ironing board and iron provided for those looking to smooth out the wrinkles (hall closet).

-Garage & Driveway: 2 car driveway. Street parking is easy and always available.
