That said, bedtime is around 830-9 and our friendly but large dog doesn't really bark! We are friendly, helpful, and the neighbors around us are great as well! We have absolutely loved living here the past 6 years.

Owner pays for water. Renter pays for gas, electric, and cable/internet. First month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. Pets will have a $100 additional security deposit each. Smoking permitted on front porch (10 ft from door) or parking area only.
