Yard is fully fenced with much attention thoughtfully given to additional grading to improve drainage. Patio was enlarged to increase the fun factor for backyard barbeques and fall evenings warming near the firepit. Backyard shed installed in 2020 provides storage solutions for patio furniture and lawn equipment. Front yard was over seeded last fall and there are sprinkler heads along the border that connect to the hose. Garage door new in 2019 and main water line was replaced in 2019. Foundation waterproofing work was completed in the last few months of 2023 along the basement egress window area with drainage tiles and a canal system installed along that wall with interior white board.
