Welcome to Ray of Sunshine! This home features 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a comfy living area, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private pool with the option to add heat for an additional fee, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and outdoor pool loungers. The residence also includes a free washer and dryer.
Solterra Resort charges a one-time Amenity Access Fee of $35 for parties of 1 to 13 people and $48 for parties of 13 or more. This fee allows access to all the Resort Amenities for the duration of your stay. Payments must be made in person at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice.
Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. The home is also located inside the Solterra Resort, a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and recreational area.
Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
