Wow, this has serious pride of ownership. The flooring in this home is gorgeous! The kitchen, beautiful! Since purchased, they have added high end blinds to every single window, w/GR &both bedrooms having top down bottom up easy slides set up for serious black out ability, great for sleeping/TV watching enjoyment. Little things that make a big differences :). The LL is a great use of space. Currently, the walls are professionally finished, with 3 levels of adjustable LED lighting, painted ceilings for a clean look, and being used for a playroom and sewing room. However, it could EASILY be finished off by adding some flooring (carptet/vinly/etc) and a ceiling to complete the basement finishes since the walls are already there. If you desire a full bathroom, no problem! The rough in is all there for a full bathroom too. Other improvements: The garage door was insulated & the walls dry walled. The same flooring in main was added to the bedrooms. They added a whole house humidifier. Closet Shelving was added. This one is fun to show off as it’s been so loved. You will be impressed too with the HOA responsible for exterior maintenance keeping the yards and grounds immaculate. The owner loves how it feels so quiet, yet the stores are so close. They love gathering on the cul de sacs Fri/Sat nights, the walks to the pond, all the sidewalks w/dog friendly stations, the bike trails galore that lead to many parks all over Eureka.
