Water heater and HVAC was replaced in 2013. Continued maintenance of the HVAC though out the life of the system. Steal hurricanes shutters where installed 5/22/2008, permit pulled and closed. Big back yard and a 8X12, solid wood shed, with loft, in the north west end of the yard. Solid wood flooring through out living area. 10 inches of insulation though out the house, which makes the house very efficient when it comes to energy savings.
