This is a fantastic home. One of my very favorite floor plans. Spacious foyer with beautiful tile flooring, living room with hardwood floors and large picture window that overlooks the front yard, spacious formal dining room also with wood floors and pretty picture window. The kitchen is lovely with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and pretty cabinetry. The breakfast room has huge beautiful windows that overlook the back porch and large backyard. There is a very nice size bedroom on this side of the house with 2 good size closets and it's own bathroom (makes a great teen room or mother in law room). The laundry/mud room has great built ins and good cabinet space. The family room is a generous size and features hardwood floors and a real fireplace. The front bedroom is large and contains 2 closets and its own entrance to the hall bathroom. There is another nice size bedroom that also shares the hall bath. The hall bath has granite counters and double vanities. The potty and bathtub/shower are in a separate room so it's great for sharing. The master bedroom is a very nice size and has an updated bath with double vanities. There is also a door that leads to the back porch. The back porch is another huge room to entertain in. It is exceptionally deep and holds quite a lot of furniture. The back yard is level and super spacious. The garage has a generous size storage room. There is an extra parking spot in the driveway which is nice if you have 3 vehicles. You really can move right in to this one! Heatherwood is located close to everything and is great for walking, biking, strolling, and jogging!
