Even a bike path to the coast is just 1/2 mile away. A new high school less than a mile away. And the YMCA just a short trip away too. Love the mature landscaping and distance between houses. It feel so private, because no one can see in and still have awesome views. In the house. Love the separate laundry room. Lots of room for cabinets so everything I need is there. The garage is more than a 2 car, its like 2 1/4,. There's the extra large formal dining room for the occasional dinner party. Plenty of closet space, big bathroom off the master. Also love the wood stairs. The fireplace is a real plus, we stayed nice and toasty warm and is great to put on at Xmas. The vaulted ceilings that can handle a 10 ft tall Christmas tree.
