You can easily move right in! No cell phone service, but you can enable WiFi calling and still use your phone and there is fast, high-speed internet available. One house-trained pet is considered with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. No Smoking inside the property. Also, possibility to sublet the apartment side as a STR to offset rent or for additional income. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, which can also be worked into monthly rent for $3,100/mos. 12 month lease preferred, but willing to discuss shorter term.
