Second floor finds a second Master Bedroom and Bath with two separate vanities and closets. Three additional bedrooms with generous closets and built-ins share a common hall bath which has been newly tiled along with the addition of a new shower. In 2021 we added new carpet and paint, a new roof, new energy efficient windows, and a new first floor Master Suite. In the same year we added a new gas cooktop. A new water heater was added in December of 2022. New A/C Units (downstairs and upstairs) were added in June of 2023. In January of 2025 we installed a new front door unit and dishwasher.
