There is a huge, fenced back yard with fruit trees, butterfly bushes and lilacs. The primary bedroom is oversized with dramatic 3/4 bath. A charming full bath in the hall services the guest bedroom. Successful Airbnb vacation rental managed by Woodland Park-summer guests are allowed to use the pool and cookout facilities.
