Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway, with additional space on the streets if required. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The house is exclusively yours during your stay, with self-check-in available for your convenience.
