All guests are required to complete a verification process prior to check-in, which may include a government-issued photo ID, confirmation of contact information, secure ID verification through our platform, and a background check if required. A signed rental agreement is required and includes acceptance of rental terms and house rules, submission of valid ID, consent to background checks if requested, and completion of the verification process to receive check-in instructions. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations, to avoid cancellation. Surveillance cameras are located in common hallway areas for safety, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels (no audio recording is captured).
