There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not allowed without written authorization and must be on a leash when in the front yard and neighborhood. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10pm, and children and infants are considered occupants. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home.
