Notify the Management Office in advance if you expect any visitors who are not on your permanent record, as unregistered guests will not be allowed entry by the Front Desk. Hanging towels, clothing, or any personal items from the balcony railing is strictly prohibited. This is a private residence operating independently of the hotel management. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered, and IDs must be presented at check-in. Reservations must be made by a person aged 21 or older, and the reservation holder must be present throughout the entire stay. A check-in fee applies and must be paid at the front desk. Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for violations. Please be respectful of other guests and avoid loud noises as you are staying in a residential area. The condominium administration prohibits the accumulation of garbage; please use designated trash containers. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out until 12:00 PM can be arranged for an additional $50, subject to availability. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. Washcloths are not provided. Handle all objects and equipment with care, as any damages will result in additional charges.
