Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Exterior cameras are present for safety and security. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with them. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. For certain guests, an ID may be required to be uploaded or presented during check-in, at our sole discretion.
