Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each.
