TRANSPARENCY:
- Laundry is shared with UNIT#A (this is upstairs from UNIT #B but units are SEPARATE and PRIVATE from each other. We have not had any problems because we only have upright character people in our screening for tenants for all our units.
- Also, need to walk around the building to access the front door. This walk includes a slight hill down which some may not like. (See video)
