Winter rental. November through April. Great for seasonal medical workers. Close enough for a close drive to Burlington, far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax when not at work. Great for sharing with coworkers with four private bedrooms or a seasonal worker with their family. Cozy and homey with beautiful views and sunsets over the lake. If and when the lake freezes you can enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and snow fishing. Fun little sleigh hill out back. Very quiet neighborhood. Food stores on the Island and great pizza/restaurant/bar.
