You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the provided photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and a pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees.
Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, the neighborhood offers plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, shops and attractions are around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent in the area.
No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code, providing convenience for remote work-friendly stays.
