Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background search and credit check. Guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card for incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, and police will be called for violations.
