Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
