Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. The house has a private pool. Always watch your children when they are around the pool; please do not leave them without an adult attendant that is actively watching them. The homeowner and their vendors accept no liability for incidents that occur in or around the pool area due to negligence, lack of supervision, or failure to adhere to these rules. Guests use the pool at their own risk. No diving, no running, no jumping, or pushing into water. Please do not throw trash in the pool.
