About twenty minutes From Pioneertown, world known Pappy and Harriet's for live music and the historic Red Dog Saloon both with great food. Palm Springs/Palm Springs International Airport is forty-five to fifty-five minutes away to enjoy all they have to offer. About an hour and a half from Ontario International Airport and a little over two hours to L.A. Original Permitting was all pulled to make this property zoned SFR. Everything to this point has been done to accommodate SFR zoning. The percolation test has also been done, required for septic installation.
