I graduated High School in 1983 from Sparta High School in Sparta, WI. I went onto college at the University of Wisconsin Platteville where I graduated with a BS degree in Criminal Justice. Well in College, I met my wife, Cathy, who I have been married to since 1987. I worked for the Grant County Sheriff's Department as a jailer for one year and a road deputy for five years.
