About Altadena Apartments
Altadena is located on the lower South Hill, Medical District. Spring of 2021 we got new windows to the building, and it is making a great difference in our winter heating bill. Our project list included new asphalt to the parking lot and fresh paint for the carports and area leading to the building. Soon our carports will receive new roofs. Our building has warm, inviting common areas. Nine-foot ceilings make the apartments seem even larger than they are. Most units have adorable faux fireplaces and a formal setting for dining or office space. Custom tile work in bath and kitchen gives the unit the feel of a custom home. We are upgrading units with fan/light fixtures in several rooms as we do a turn, as well as new flooring in bath and kitchen, fresh paint and custom blinds for the windows. We are currently remodeling 2 of our 3-bedroom units.
