This condo has been completely redone and professionally decorated with upscale furniture throughout, including the balcony. You enter through the foyer with the extra bedroom to your right and the kitchen and living space to the left. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets, granite counters, and looks into the dining area and living room. There is a storage closet in the hall that can be used as a pantry. Both bathrooms have beautiful tile work and glass doors on the tubs/ showers. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. Tile floors are throughout entire condo. The balcony has hurricane shutters and also a storage closet. There is also an additional storage area on the lower parking deck, that can be rented for a small yearly fee. There are new flat screen TVs. The HVAC was replaced in 2016, including new lines. The water heater was replaced in 2017. The electric panel and box were replaced in 2017. Also, in 2017, the complex updated the elevator system and replaced the decking on the ocean side. The HOA has good reserves and takes excellent care of this complex. The HOA fees are low for ocean front, considering that they include the insurance on the building. This is a condo you must see to appreciate all it offers. Walk out to the beach, enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub, or take a short drive to enjoy all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer.
