The trim and siding portions of the mostly brick exterior were just painted in July and the 39' x 16' patio is also new this year. The extensive front & back, aesthetically pleasing and durable concrete landscape curbing is also new within +/- the last year. The windows of the bedrooms & baths wing of the house along with the furnace and AC were all new in 2020. The water heater was replaced in 2016. You'll see updated interior paint and new light fixtures here and there as well exposed original hardwood floors, except in the deceiving spacious and carpeted front "Living Room", and in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and entry, where all are tile. The floor plan is versatile and while we've labeled the front room the Living Room, the cozy-warm ambience of it gives it the "Den" or Family Room feel just as much as the even bigger wood-floored back living room we've labeled as the Family Room-Dining Room combination. From there you can walk straight out onto the patio - and you're likely to do that a lot! Really it's just a matter of your furniture and lifestyle, you can choose! The galley-style Kitchen is fully-equipped but for refrigerator - the pictured refrigerator went to the Seller's new home. There is casual eating space at the end of the Kitchen with gentle north window light, and the more formal dining space at the front end of the Family Room is just beyond it. The separate Laundry Room (with built-ins) is off the other end of the kitchen and connects to the garage which has a side door to the back yard, so it serves double duty well as a "Mud Room", too. There are two garage doors and two openers, so when only one car comes or goes only one door has to open. The back yard is enclosed with fencing and there are gates to each side at the front. You're likely to cherish outdoor-living here, but regardless of the season when you're inside you have the best cabin fever immunity available: 2157 square feet of living space with no small rooms - not even a bathroom is undersized!
