Lazy days is a great complex in Osage Beach that is well known and has great history. The amenities are plentiful, the grounds are well taken care of and the topography is very gentle allowing for easy movement around the entire complex. Rare in the fact that this is a lower level unit but you can go from the parking lot to the unit with no steps. Recent condo improvements include a new kitchen (counters, tops, appliances, backsplash), new flooring, fresh paint, new vanities, fixtures, faucets, and all new furnishings. The owners have done a very nice job decorating the unit, it is ready for fun! Step out onto the covered deck and take in the beautiful state park views. You can also look down and see your boat dock. From the unit it is a relatively simple walk to the included 10x24 boat slip. The complex even has a boat ramp and a boat trailer storage area.
