There are few three bedroom condos in Maritime Place and they do not come available often. This unit has new kitchen appliances (except for the oven/range) and new floors that were just installed in 2019. The HVAC unit and water heater are only two years old as well. The condo sells fully furnished with the exception of some personal items and some décor. There are storage units underneath the building for additional storage of beach toys, etc. and the front porch make these units much more private (leaving you outside space to leave sandy items as well).
