Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking can be provided for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. A pack/play crib is also available.

The Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North District are both a 5-minute walk away, while Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk. Downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus are less than a mile away. You'll also find easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with a neighboring unit. Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), and host approval is required prior to booking. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
