The kitchen offers updated cabinetry, a gas range, ample countertop and cabinet space and a breakfast nook. The kitchen overlooks the family room which is were I plan to spend the most time with my family. The charming brick fireplace will be used often this winter and the sliding glass door to the deck provides easy access to the outside. The wooded views provide us with privacy, and I love being amongst nature. Completing the first floor is the conveniently located half bath, perfect for when guests come to visit! Venturing upstairs, I can’t wait to retreat to my master suite at the end of the day. It offers a full bathroom, ample closet space and its own private deck. I love the thoughts of starting my mornings out on my private deck, sipping my coffee, and enjoying the views! Down the hall are two additional bedrooms with spacious closets and a full bathroom. Currently. the basement is unfinished. However, I am already thinking of ways that I could finish it. There is a ton of space and the options are endless! Some features of my home that I am thankful for are the newer 2020 HVAC, new gutters, entrance doors, recessed lighting, flooring and all the new closet doors on the second floor. I am able to move in with ease! The location of my home is also convenient. I'm just minutes away from downtown Media and the Elwyn train stop. I am also close to biking and hiking trails. This home will be perfect for me and I cant wait to move it!
