This is a fire sale. The house needs to go very quickly and that is why it is priced the way it is. The sellers were just given a large tract of land to build on. They also have a baby on the way. They are trying to sell and build before birth. The price is so low that it seems too good to be true. The house is great. This is a kind of house that I personally would encourage my parents, friends, and family to purchase because I would feel safe knowing that I am putting them into a great home. Let me tell you why you shouldn't buy it or maybe why this may not be a good fit for you. The house will not be de-cluttered nor cleaned for any showings. The driveway has a steep up hill slope. A cat and a dog live there (they will be gone for the showings). Two fence posts need to be repaired on the right side of the house. Some of the interior trim needs to be replaced. Some connections need to be caulked again. The house could use interior touch up painting. The baseboards could use interior painting. The roof is only 5 years old with Architectural Shingles. The HVAC was last serviced in June. The water heater, and expansion tank, were replaced this year.
