Walls of windows bring in so much light that the park outside feels like an extension of the living space. Even during a WI winter this location has so much to offer. Visitors describe our home as cozy and inviting.

Our building neighbors are quiet and courteous professionals, so our unit is most appropriate for similarly minded folks. The Greenbush Neighborhood is filled with a friendly mix of established professionals, retired residents, and UW students.

2 Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed
Bedroom #2 is used as a sanctuary/guest room with a new single day bed and trundle pullout

1 Bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Building has coin operated laundry in the basement.
Long term parking on Wingra Street is free. Neighboring streets have two-hour parking limits.

The apartment will be FULLY furnished. The kitchen is cozy and is fully outfitted for nearly all your cooking needs. A Traeger Pellet Grill is yours to use on the back patio. Some furniture has changed since photos were taken but they have been upgrades.

Sublet start and stop dates are negotiable as is personal storage needs. December through end of May is ideal.

Heat, water, gas, electricity, WiFi and monthly cleaning service are included in the rent. Samsung SmartTV with Sonos sound bar and rear speakers plus an Apple TV are included in living room. A second Samsung smart TV is in the kitchen.

Our established cleaning person will continue to clean apartment on a monthly basis. Cost is included in rent but arrangements to be made by tenant.

Strict no pets, no smoking, and no candle policy. The apartment is not appropriate for children.
