This 3-bedroom house with a bonus room upstairs that has two twin trundle beds and two full baths will give you and your family plenty of space. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed. The fully stocked kitchen has been recently remodeled with beautiful tile and includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. The fenced backyard includes a raised platform patio with a picnic table that is great for kids and pets alike. In addition to the bonus room, there are three bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and two twin over twin bunk beds. The second has a queen bed. The final bedroom has a king bed.
Parking is available across the street or in the drive. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. Walk everywhere from this house! The house next door is under renovation as many locals are actively updating all of these civil war era houses! Great walking distance to downtown and easily found by all GPS, Uber, and Lyft.
The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will be provided with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. The house next door is currently under construction and the windows are boarded at this time. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
The home is equipped with essential amenities and WFH-ready Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
