The full kitchen, and bathroom are located on the first floor when you enter; and the bedroom/living room are upstairs. This helps create a comfortable separate space for cooking, working, etc; and then run upstairs to relax. There is a king size bed which can sleep two if needed, and a very comfy couch. It is the perfect spot for anyone looking to decompress after a long day of work, or just looking to chill out on the weekends. If you are here for the 4th of July, you will have an amazing view of the fireworks, which can be seen from the apartment and the yard. Your pets are welcome to come too. We have a gated acre of land for dogs to do all the running they need. Laundry is on site, but will need to be scheduled for access on a designated day. We live in the main house and are available if needed.

Ramona is a little horse loving country town just outside of the busyness of San Diego. There are lots of animals, farm-stands, hiking trails (look up Potato Chip Rock), and about 40 wineries- yes FORTY. About 20 min to the east of us is Julian- known for its famous apple pies and orchards. 20 min northwest is the famous SD Safari Park. And if you keep going west you will eventually run into the beautiful coastline. The San Diego Airport is only 50 min away. It's a wonderful place to be with so much to offer right at it's fingertips!

All utilities are included! Apartment is fully furnished. Laundry room is shared- we will workout a time where it will be unlocked for you. Must have good credit and pass background check. We love pets, and welcome them, but will need to discuss before approval to make sure it is a good fit. $300 refundable pet deposit. $50 additional monthly pet rent.
Can do any lease terms (1month, 3month, 6 month).
