-Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $2050.00 per month for an individual or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with a $50 leasing fee, move-out cleaning/maintenance fee of $250, with no deposit, and a 1-week notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

-Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1950.00 per month for an individual or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with a $50 leasing fee, a move-out cleaning/maintenance fee of $250 with no deposit, and last month's rent paid in full with a 1-month notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
