Gardens of Eden is the home for you!

Eden Community Homes are open to adult women receiving Social-Security (SSA) or Disability (SSDI). If you are eligible for SS or EBT, but not receiving them, we will help you get on the programs, including helping you get the documents that you need.

**This is not assisted living. You will need to be capable of taking care of yourself.**

Rooms at Eden Homes are from $600-$700/month ($450 for Rent; +$150 for Utilities & Furniture).
Each comes fully furnished with a full or twin-sized bed, dresser, shelves, and optional 40” HDTV with Cable and Streaming Services.

Utilities are included (electricity, water, Cable TV, AC/heat). You will have your own private bedroom with a deadbolt lock, but you will share a bathroom with one to two other women. Staff will make sure that all shared areas stay clean and that, if need be, any residents who do not clean up after themselves are evicted.

WARNING:
At Eden Community Homes, there are strict “good neighbor” standards. Maintaining a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, maintaining personal hygiene, and cleaning up after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen are mandatory requirements for anyone who would like to reside at Eden Homes. Most importantly, residents must be respectful of others at the property.
If you do not uphold these community standards, you will be evicted.
These strict guidelines allow us to maintain a place of peace and comfort that you, and all residents, deserve.

There is a 5-month minimum lease term, but the standard lease is 12 months.

UP TO $300 CREDIT EACH YEAR: You get a $25 "good neighbor" credit every month that you do not have reported issues at the residence. At Christmas, you will get your total credits in cash, up to $300 in cash, each year!
