I purchased the home from the estate of the original owner approximately 12 years ago. The house has settled significantly in the rear. The City of St. Louis required I have the home inspected by a structural engineer prior to approving the occupancy permit for the residence. I've attached a structural engineering report concluding that the settling happened many years ago, and the house does not appear to be moving currently. The house has always rented within 1-2 days of listing. For as many potential tenants who can't handle the slope of the house, there's as many qualified tenants who are eager to apply.
