Since 1992, our family has been providing AFFORDABLE student housing at the University of Akron and Kent State University exceeding customer expectations for more than 33+ years. Being a small local company, we self-manage the properties we own. For our residents, it means we are committed to providing exceptional quality living with continued reinvestments and enhancements, great amenities, responsive maintenance, and the highest level of personalized customer service.
Perfectly located only .4 mile from the University of Akron campus and on the "ROO Express" bus route in University Park, our "Akron U Townhomes" community provides our residents with walk, bike, and drive to class convenience and easy access to the university, downtown, recreation, parks, dining, shopping, music/arts, movie theatres, sporting events, nightlife, and every day conveniences – plus off campus FREEDOM.
Our newly remodeled townhomes provide AFFORDABLE "condominium style living" and includes everything a student needs. Our 2-story innovative townhome floor plans are specifically designed for the college student and are filled with student friendly features that offers leasing flexibility and comfortable 1600+ square feet of carefree living space that “feel like home” so our residents can find their balance between relaxing and academic success.
